• Users may cancel enrollment in writing up to 14 business days before the engagement start date. 

• Full refunds are available if requested in writing within 14 business days before the engagement start date.
• No refunds after accessing our services.
• Refunds will be processed within 21 business days of approval and will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

We reserve the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be denied if the terms of service are violated.
